Safety Operation Regulations for Car Washing Machine

1. Before starting the machine, it should be confirmed that:

(1) Whether each operating component has reached its initial position and whether the power switch indicator light is on.

(2) Is the air pressure normal? The air pressure should be 3.0-4.0 KGF/c ㎡.

2. Command the cleaned vehicle to move to the cleaning space and park it in the designated position.

3. Turn off the engine, apply the handbrake, close the windows and doors, and retract the antenna.

4. Confirm that the decorative items installed on the vehicle body, mirrors, and wipers are in good condition, check for scratches and paint damage on the vehicle body, and inform the user of their approval.

5. When maintaining the machine, the main power should be turned off, and touching the electrical switches on the control panel with wet hands is strictly prohibited. It is also strictly forbidden to splash water on electrical components such as the control panel and motor.

6. Clean and wipe the machine daily, and check the lubricating oil level.

7. Thoroughly maintain the car washing machine once a month, including:

(1) Check and replenish lubricating oil, using 15W-40 gasoline engine oil. If the oil level is below normal,

Add engine oil to the standard position.

(2) Check whether each rolling fixing bolt and pin shaft are firm and reliable.
