The engineering vehicle washing machine is a special equipment specially used for cleaning engineering vehicles such as muck trucks, mud trucks, mixer trucks, excavators, loaders, etc. It is often used in construction site entrances and exits, mixing stations, mines, landfills and other places. The equipment uses a high-pressure spray system, automatic sensing control and sewage circulation treatment system to efficiently remove mud and sand from the vehicle surface and tire chassis, prevent mud from being brought out of the construction area, and comply with environmental protection management regulations.
Main functions
Fully automatic high-pressure washing
The vehicle enters the car washing platform and the system starts automatically;

The cleaning time is short, generally completed within 30~90 seconds.

Construction and use suggestions
Pre-buried foundation:
The foundation platform or foundation pit needs to be designed in advance;
Set up drainage slope and sedimentation tank.
Layout of electric control box:
It is recommended to set it in the guardhouse or rainproof electric control cabinet;
With manual/automatic switching and emergency power-off functions.
Purification and maintenance:
Regularly clean the sedimentation tank and grille plate;
Regularly inspect the water pump, nozzle, and filter.
Winter use:
Optional installation of antifreeze cable and water heating system;
Use insulation pump room or enclosure to prevent freezing.
