The bus washing machine is an automated washing device specially used for washing buses, tourist buses, school buses and other large vehicles. It uses mechanical arms, brushes, high-pressure water flow, foam spraying and other systems to achieve efficient cleaning of all parts of the vehicle body. Ⅰ. Main types of bus washers
1.Rollover Type
After the vehicle enters the wash bay and stops, the washer moves along the track to complete the wash.
Advantages: compact structure, small footprint, suitable for small and medium-sized fleets.
2.Tunnel Type
The vehicle moves slowly on the conveyor, passing through a “wash channel” consisting of multiple washing processes.
Advantages: high efficiency, suitable for places where large quantities of vehicles are washed continuously.
3.Trolley Type
The operator controls the equipment to move around the vehicle, suitable for situations where the site is not fixed.
Advantages: flexible and maneuverable, suitable for small-scale use or areas with limited space.

Pre-rinsing system: high-pressure water pre-rinses dust;
Foam spraying system: sprays cleaning agent evenly to soften stains;
Brush system: multiple sets of soft brush heads are used to brush the body, front and rear of the vehicle;
High-pressure washing system: thoroughly washes away residual foam and mud;
Chassis/tire washing system (optional): suitable for washing muddy and oily vehicles;
Air drying system (optional): blows dry water to prevent water stains from remaining;
Circulating water system: recycles washing water through the water treatment module to save water and protect the environment.
