1. Water inlet system issue
Check if the water supply is sufficient and confirm that the faucet is fully turned on. Check whether the inlet pipe is bent, blocked or damaged, and replace it immediately if it is damaged. Clean the inlet filter to prevent impurities from accumulating and blocking the filter screen. It is recommended to clean it with food grade citric acid every month.
2. Pump malfunction
Focus on checking the operation status of the water pump. If the impeller is worn or stuck by debris, it needs to be cleaned or replaced. Aging of seals can lead to water leakage and reduce efficiency, and O-rings need to be replaced every 200 hours. Bearing wear may cause abnormal noise or vibration, and it is necessary to add lithium grease or replace bearings in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the water pump.
3. Pipeline blockage
The high-pressure pipe may be clogged with metal debris in the filter, which can be cleared with a 0.8mm diameter needle. The nozzle may be blocked by dried up car wash fluid or paint particles, and needs to be cleaned with a fine needle. It is recommended to clean the pipeline every month, and if the crystalline material at the connection exceeds 3mm, it needs to be replaced.

4. Pressure regulating valve malfunction
If the pressure regulating valve is set too low, the spring fails, or the valve core is blocked, it will cause the pressure to be unable to be adjusted normally. It is necessary to test whether the pressure regulating valve can stably adjust the pressure, check the spring elasticity and valve core status. If necessary, disassemble and clean the internal impurities or replace damaged parts to ensure stable pressure output.
5. Leakage River Problem
If there are more than 5 bubbles per second at the joints of pipelines such as high-pressure pipelines, nozzle components, pressure gauge interfaces, and water pump seals, it is considered a leak. It will cause pressure loss. You can apply soapy water for testing, or use a stethoscope to check for metal friction sounds. After confirmation, tighten the connection or replace the seal.
6. Motor issues
Insufficient motor speed may be due to unstable power supply, poor circuit contact, or damage to internal components. If the motor overheats and triggers the temperature protector to shut down, wait for it to cool down before restarting or replacing the protector. Check if the motor bearings are worn and if the carbon brushes are in good contact. When there is severe wear and tear, the motor needs to be replaced to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
